What we collect

When you order from S2 Luxury on our website or Facebook Messenger we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and the products you order. When you message our Facebook Page, we receive your messages, photos and voice notes and your Messenger ID.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and show you products (an automated AI assistant replies on Messenger and in the website chat; our staff can take over at any time).
• To create, confirm and deliver your orders through our courier partner.
• To send order updates by SMS.

Messages, photos and voice notes may be processed by an AI service only to generate replies. We never sell your data and never use it for advertising outside our own shop.

How long we keep it

Messenger chat history used by the assistant is deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity. Order records are kept as required for accounting and delivery disputes.

Data deletion

To delete your data, contact us with the mobile number or Facebook name you used:

• Send "Delete my data" to our Facebook Page, or
• Call/WhatsApp 01754856740, or email contact@s2luxury.com.

We delete your chat history and personal details within 7 days (except records the law requires us to keep).
